No not right now because the Ref's and BAR has been disbanded and eliminated due to state debt. If and when it opens again everything above is true to my knowledge.

It hasn't been disbanded or eliminated, just the ref offices have been closed until further notice due to budgetary concerns. They will be back, just no one knows when.

Uhhhh, so w/ the ref stations closed who is going to BAR a car. You take the car to a ref station to get BAR'd. Just saying.

I was just saying that while they're closed, they're not like completely gone, like BAR and ref stations have been decommissioned. The stations are just being idled to save money, must suck for the work force.

Though yeah I have no idea what happens when you get a ticket for something that needs to be ref'ed.

Sorry Michael Knight, my friend. You're wrong on this one. Cut and paste what I said earlier in this thread:

"Took it to a Ref to get what ever sticker I needed so I wouldn't have to deal with smog hassles going forward. The Ref said that because the TII drivetrane was available in my year RX7 (doesn't matter that it only was available in a coup), no inspection was needed. It was 100% legal, at least because I also put every smog thing there is on it as well."
