i was wondering since i have a wolf 3d stand alone and a bnr stage 3 turbo and sit the boost to the lowest sitting, also have all the emssion equpment basiclly stock cats and avc etc. will i have a chance at passing smog . if not what do i need to do ?

If you have cats, and a air pump you should pass the sniffer, but depending on year and model you may not pass visual
