I forgot to mention in the event someone tries to bypass the Ravelco system aka tries to slice into the Ravelco wiring, Ravelco wires are all the same color so the thief has no clue what wire it what and is more likely to sort something, again not perfect but it does help prevent your car from being stolen.
If you live down south near the Mexican boarded then LoJack is a bad options since LoJack cannot get US officers to track down your stolen vehicle and the Mexican police don’t work with LoJack in any way shape or form, meaning once it’s in Mexico LoJack tells you, you are out of luck and they cannot help you.
This is why I decided not to go with LoJack!

True, the only way to actually steal a car with Ravelco is to have the car towed but you can’t expect 1 product to compensate for everything.

No wheel, no steal.
Thieves can't steer your car if you have one of these Grant anti-theft systems. In five seconds, you can remove your steering wheel and put it in your trunk. Or, improve your social life and buy the optional nylon carry bag and take it with you. The systems use a special key. Turn it, pull a safety lever, and your steering wheel pops off. Then, snap on Grant's tamper-proof, lock-out cap in its place. Steering wheel not included.
Once I put this on my rx7 no one fu[ked with it ever again. And the fuel pump cutoff switch saved my car from theft a year beforehand. Never live in Long Beach again.

I have been looking up security system for my FD for weeks, here are two options I am looking at going with.
I personally decided to go with the Viper 5902 security system, I have not yet installed it but it has nice features and I really want a keyless entry system, and Viper seems to have a good rep.

Second I found Ravelco, this is another fuel cutoff switch but it has a special key. I have only heard good things about this product and it’s professionally installed so you don’t have to deal with it and they come to you to do the install. There are also videos on YouTube about it, and it’s been on the news. I talked to my mechanic about this and he said I wouldn’t like it because I would get sick of pligging this key in every time, this is why I decided to go with the Viper 5902.

Anyway that’s my 2 cents!

Get a Liger with the included siegfried and roy guy and even you wont be able to get into your own car without getting some from both
My brother in law had the NRG equivalent of that in his stock Civic and the car was still stolen. He got the car back a few days later stripped to the shell but the NRG steering wheel lock was still intact. The thieves tried to remove it by prying on it and hitting it with a hammer or something without any luck. His Civic was butt ugly too
No wheel, no steal.

other than my rx i have a 97 jeep i got an alarm system from jcw that wasnt that exspensive at all and kinda fun to play with i didnt hook up anything special when i put it in like (door locks, lights, etc.) but it seems to work real well i mean i am eighteen and i installed it in between classes in the college parking lot lol. but it has a wire that you connect to the starter so if your alarm is set off you cant even crank the car with the key it is pretty cool!!

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
there is no BEST alarm, this **** gets asked ALOT...
lowjack is the only sure way to find ur ****, even if it is in mexico at least they tell you where.. get a shotgun and go get ur ****... LOL prob a bad idea, but what if it wasn't taken to mexico YET when they locate it... that is a dumb reason not to get lowjack...
there is an early warning system, if your car starts and moves without you in it, the system will call you and tell you... how do they know its not you...... well there is a remote you have on you and when you turn the car on the system looks for that remote within X amount of feet and if not then phone call... and I do belive these work even if the car isn't started... dunno look into it...
however there is NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO alarm that will keep your car safe.....
I remember seeing the guy from LA that had his white FD in the original Fast and Furious movie talking about how his **** got jacked and they left all 3 or 4 whatever alarms he had in the empty spot where his seat used to be, and IIRC they put the club they cut off his wheel there too

It's because of crap like this that tow-thefts have increased....

That thing is a friggin' license to steal.
