The Realistic Orchestra, a 30-piece jazz orchestra, is the backing band for grammy-nominated rapper Mos Def in a free show on October 18th in Golden Gate Park for the first annual Band Shell Music Summit. This green friendly concert is a full-day festival (10am-6pm) with live music from Mingus Amungus w/Special Guest Arab Summit, Bayonics featuring Zion I, Josh Jones Latin Jazz Ensemble Featuring Jesus Diaz and John Santos, Dmitri Matheny Quartet.
