The Tea N' Tires turnout was great, especially on a Thursday night. Glad to see some Rotor heads and familiar faces as well as a diverse community of import tuners. Looking forward to the next Rotary meet!

If anyone is interested in Rx7/Rx8 merchandise, I found an online shop from the 1st gen group on Facebook. Has really nice sweaters, shirts, accessories, etc.

See y'all again next time!

I'll be making a flyer for the next one in the next couple of days. I would love to see your RX2! I'll be hosting the Rotors and Boba during the afternoon and then the Tea n' Tires during the evening on separate days.

Completely my fault, i could have worded that a bit better, the meet ended up happening still on that day. But i should have been more clear that if you didn't hear from me with any update, it would still be happening, completely my fault!

Anyways, im going to hold another meet towards the end of march to make up for this mistake, same time, same place, i'll reuse the same flyer and update the date. My bads

I would like to gauge interest on keeping the meets going for the time being. Due to the recent developments of the COVID-19 fiasco going on, if a meet is hosted, would there be anyone going?

My opinion in regards to this situation is that this thing is blown out of proportion and is like Y2K all over again but i would like to be sensitive to those who are genuinely afraid or concerned about the situation. At the moment, i am thinking of suspending the meets until the hysteria dies down but again, if there are people who do want to meet, i'll set something up.

I do also understand there is a lot of cracking down of people casually being out due to the curfew.. i mean self quarantine/stay at home initiative which would again impact these meets. Let me know what you all think.

Thanks.

I will probably be sitting out any meets until everything cools off a little.

Some immediate family works in the healthcare industry, from their description they need all the help they can get to ease the load off their resources. If it means staying home then I'm all for it.
If you get any meets rolling, shoot some pictures here for me!

Myself and many others have been making breakfast and lunch trips to Alice’s Restaurant taking hwy9 for extra scenery. Support local businesses while making an essential trip for food. We have been maintaining social distance and cops never hassle us.

Yeah, I agree with holding meets until the pandemic cools off. I believe the "Stay at home" has been extended to May 1 so, this should give us enough time to take care of things before coming out of hibernation.

Thanks for the updates as well and for hosting these meets.

Stay safe everyone!

PSA for those of you driving around to get out of the house
Updated shelter-in-place order for bay area that extends to May 3rd also has more restrictions based on driving
If it wasn't clear before it's more explicit now that leisure drives aren't allowed during this order

Hard to know how well enforced this will be, be safe everyone.

It is official all, with the pandemic and the increased restrictions for the Shelter in Place, I will not be holding any meets until the pandemic subsides or until the shelter in place is lifted. Thank you all for your feedback. Stay safe everyone, keep clean and don't forget to practice social distancing!
