August 25, Qualcomm drags.
Wondering if any guys went? I chatted with a cool dude that I believe owned a Turbo II. I also saw a silver FD which I believe was single turbo, but didn't know for sure because I didn't get a chance to meet him.
My best was 8.5xx with a 2.0xx 60ft and trapping at 84.11 on 555R drag radials. My mods are M2 chip, DP, Exhaust and 11 psi. To help with the launch, I had solid Delrin diff mounts and trailing arms. This combo seems to help alot with wheel hop, but launching at 5K, it's still alittle present but nothing major.
Next event, I think I'll try a high flow cat and 13psi. I'm shooting for 8.3xx. but with my limited skills in drag racing, that might be a stretch. Hopefully I'll be able to meet some of the locals next time......

I guess nobody drag races at the Q? Hopefully next time, there will be others that can give me a few pointers.
