anyone in the SF bay area

im looking for someone in the SF bay area that is throwing away a front subframe for an FD. i dont care if its fucked up or not, i need it for my 13brew conversion in my fc.
anyone have any better ideas for mounting the 13brew? i figured i could take the stock mounts and weld them into my subframe.
anyone else doing this in the yay?

Lloyd

ya i was...not no more. A lot of extra work and don't want my car down for that long. there was someone in i believe yuba? that made a brace for the bottom that used the stock fc motor mounts. I got the name from SmogSux he knows who they are. Good luck with the build though.

nope, they are bre, the brew mounts differently, already read banzai specifying that.
i could love to just chop an original fd subframe, but if i have to come up with something, so be it.

I'll most likely be doing the same swap into my FC eventually. Instead of using the aftermarket methods of dropping the engine in, I'll probably just tap the center iron and use an FC oil pan so it becomes a drop in affair...

ya, but i dont want to do that, ide rather be unique and make a mount and make it look factory without messing with the engine.
