SO, I've finally put my turbo II swap into Full Effect and I'm Feelin pretty good about it. Just a friendly shout out to anyone that wants to run along side me at IRwindale Speedway Next Thursday May 3rd. I've been waiting for a time to bring my car out of the garage and into the streets so I wanted to invite all the 7 heads to come out and lets make it a rotary night. ' It's 10 to watch and 20 to run.
It's pretty fun to watch but i've never run at this or any track before so it'll be a nice learning experience. I"ll do a couple practice launches and runs before hand, just for ***** and giggles.

 

sounds like fun i will come out and watch and if you need some pointers and **** I could help you out. I still need a tranny for my car other wise i would run my ****.

 

Just came back from Irwindale Speedway. They did not let me run my car without a fireproof jacket
I didn't know it was a new rule for cars with an aftermarket turbo.

Maybe I will go out next week and help make the rotary crowd bigger

 

wow never seen that Rule in Speedway's website. I'll make sure to check around, see what i could do about that. thanks for the heads up.

nice anyone that is really considering running at IRwindale must remember to look at the website or call them in order to know the rules or regulations that you must fallow to be able to Race. Maybe anyone that might know some other little GOOD TO KNOW facts about Irwindale so that we can get there and for sure race instead of get there and be disappointed

 

good thinking man, i think that all you need is a drivers licence and insurance the last i checked, oh and if its a 10 second car you have to have a helmet..thats all i know..

Yo irwindale a 1/4 mile track? If so im down for the ride.

Here is a link of the rules and regs they have to race there. Pretty simple but i don't **** about fire flame suit when running on boost. Thats some bull **** rite there to pull that **** on you lucky 7
