Anyone from the Bay Area?

I wanted to know if there were any rotary experts in the bay that could come check out my car in san francisco. its overheating so i cant travel, but i would like to know if my car is t2 from the tranny back like the seller said. i bought it less than a week ago for 200 and would like to see if someone could help me out with either coming over or sending pictures my way.

You should check the west section in the regional forums. That is dedicated to the west coast pretty much...there should be some people there who might be able to help you out...or steer you towards someone who can.

EDIT:

Sorry, saw this in 2nd gen tech section...didn't know it was already moved.

FC TII tranny has like square ribs on the bottom of the tranny while an NA tranny is pretty much smooth all around.
