It's an automatic with a stock engine. Price seems a bit high actually.

That is odd. It says auto, but the pictures shows a manual shifter??? But other than the cosmetic mods, exhaust, and Amemiya intake I don't see anything too special about it. Cosmetic mods are a waste of money on a stock car IMHO. And it may or may not be worth $15K, depending on who built the engine. I wouldn't even think about that car unless he could show you receipts for the engine build or at least allow you to do a compression test. Just my .02 though.

thanks guys for the opinons on the car. im not ready to get one yet. i wanted to have a white FD to show them. the prices on kelly bluebook (19k) vs edmunds (12k) ...vastly different.

no, no compensation money yet. havent even got to check the site yet.
i think my insurance is gonna pay me a % of whatever mods i have receipts for on top of the market value. i love you paypal!! i have most of them on there.
state farm has been the best insurance company i have been with in my past experiences. ill let you guys know my outcome.

state farm has been great about my mods/racing too. they are really helpful. i dont know about your policy, but you might be able to just proove the value of your mods by showing them ads, websites, etc, if you dont have the receipts. good luck!

I would look at www.rotarytraderonline.com as well. The prices there are a bit inflated and might help you guys out with your insurance claims.
