haha. He pulled me over cuz my exhaust was too loud and modified. Asked if i had any shizzle on my record (warrants/arrest/etc...) ran my license and released me. Didnt even ask for registration.

Funniest thing was when he asked me why i had an "extra" battery in the bin area. lololol. "nah man, thats not an extra battery. that IS my battery" Officer: "I dont get it" haha lmao.

Gave me a warning about my exhaust and let me go.

That video is such horrible acting geez. I find it annoying how police tend to use empty threats when the detained persons refuses to allow search.

The whole
"If you have nothing why not let me search"
"You would only deny me if you have something to hide"
or better yet "You wouldn't let me search so I'm going to search anyway because I feel that you have something"

is bull crap.

Refusing consent cannot be used as probable cause to search someone.

Two semesters of law school ftw. Everyone should take at least one semester of introduction to law where they teach basic penile codes. It helps so much when dealing with the basic stop and pull over.
