how much do u think insurance will b at? and does FD have any problems like the FC? cause i have a FC and man that thing floods on me alot... just wondering.. well thanks for the info...

 

ALot of insurance websites have this thing call 'auto quote' where you enter your information and enter the information about the car then... poof they give you an estimated price of how muchyour insurance would be.

depends on your record. my insurance is 1320/6 months on my fc. so i dont even want to think what an fd would be.

 

the FD has a whole different set of issues. Never had mine flood on me, but the cost of owning one goes mostly into gas and repairs. Insurance should be the least of your worries. haha.

 

+1 I pay less than $1200 a year for my FD and Trooper, and they are both fully covered. As 'cool_as_crap', it depends on your record and age.

FD's are rated in the same catagory as Corvettes, Vipers, Porche911T..etc.

Age isn't a factor but insurance companies uses driving experience.

So since you are a n00b imma post this:

 

Ouch....That's all I have to say.

 

Maintance will kill you on an FD, but there are guys that haven't had any problems. Really hit or miss when it comes to a car that old. All i know is that when they work properly there's nothing like the feeling from the pull of the twin turbo's, and it really makes the hardships worth it....everytime!

 

yeah next summer i will be point free though
lets just say i was a dumbass teenager and did stupid things when i was 18. i dont deserve cheaper insurance. yet.
