You rats!! I haven't been on the forum for a while.....family vactaion and all.

Let me see what my schedule looks like. Most likely we'll be able to make it.

One thing to consider at this point. Brisket takes Hours to cook. Unless you want to eat the equivalent to a leather shoe, you'll have to start smoking brisket the day before. Maybe 15 hours of smoking.

You need to get something that cooks faster or esle just let me smoke the brisket at my place....starting in Friday..... and just bring the meat out to the BBQ (preferred due to the size of my smoker)

Hey dumbfuck this is a family BBQ so keep the crack away from my BBQ. I am not going to be a hater, but I better not smell or hear anything. As for the grill I stopped by the beach yeasterday and I was told all BBQ's must fit in the fire pits. I have a small BBQ, but I was planning on bringing a standard size grill so we could cook over the coals of the fire.
