2012 West Coast Shootout/Sacramento Showoff will be held on Sunday, July 22 from 12 PM - 6 PM at the Sacramento Raceway. $20 admission. $20 pre-registration for cars and bikes. $25 at the gate. CARS & BIKES
1. Show Cars & Bikes Check in time is 10:00 AM. Please do not arrive before 9:45 AM.
2. Please drive and ride with courtesy.
3. Be respectful of other vehicles.
4. Event Management has the right to refuse service.
5. Vehicles & Bikes will be directed to specific spots.
6. Please clean area around your vehicle & bike.

VENDORS
1. Vendor load in time is 10:00 AM. Please do not arrive before 9:45 AM
2. No DJs allowed in vendor booths.
3. No inappropriate vendor signage.
4. No food or beverage booths.
5. Booth Models must be appropriately dressed.
6. It is the vendor's responsibility to have permits to sell products.
7. Vendor will be given a designted spot by event management.
8. Event Management has the right to refuse service.
9. Please clean area around your booth.
