10A Fuse Rear Wiper Hesitaites when turning the Wiper On.. Why...
It amp flow hesitates(Lights FLicker and FLicker) now but the first two times it Blew the Fuse.. WTF isn't it a 10A fuse for the rear wiper...? its a 89 TII
