Bah... Had to be a Sunday. Can't make it.

Hopefully, no Fremont PD will crash the party. I remember I had a large meet in the same parking lot back in... 1999? 2000 maybe... and the cops walked around giving tickets for lowered cars, tinted windows, front plates, etc...

Please bring something.

The whole pretense of having a BBQ is to implement a sense of officialness. Cops have never been an issue in the past, but at least we have a reason of being there with a BBQ. Otherwise, standing and loitering in a parking lot is no fun.

Items we still need if anyone is willing to help fill the gaps!!

-Grilling Utensils
-Eating Utensils + Plates
-Condiments
-Hot Dog and Hamburger Buns

Thanks everyone for chipping in and bringing something to the BBQ!! Looks like we should have good coverage of bases.

Keep a lookout on this thread and the Facebook Event page for any immediate updates! This is a public park and is not reservable, so it's hard to gauge just how busy it'll be. There is not supposed to be a Soccer tourney tomorrow, which is usually what crowds the parking lot.

LASTLY - if anyone is willing and able to arrive at the parking lot EXTRA EARLY (~8AM) to help reserve the BBQ pit, please do so!
