Are you referring to the Garage Talk app? It is available on the Google Play store for Android based phones. It should also be available from the Apple store too.

No, there was and actual app called RX7Club. It was better then the garagetalk, but had a ton of bugs that never got worked out, i believe it was made before the transfer too

It stopped working (iPhone at least) a few years ago, unfortunately. I usually browse from a desktop but it was nice to keep up on things through that app - really easy way to keep an eye on the parts subforums.

I briefly remember that RX7Club app. It was superseded by the GarageTalk (GT) app. The benefit of using the GT app is that you can access multiple forums that Internet Brands hosts, such as RX7Club, Corvette Forum, ClubLexus, etc...
