Unable to post in 3rd Gen Parts For Sale thread after having been able to

I've run into an unusual issue; I went to post in the FD Parts for sale section, and was greeted with a message saying I could not post. No specific reason was given, but it stated I either didn't have sufficient privileges or I may have been blocked. I'd never been given any warning about being banned or losing any posting abilities. I tried reaching out to 2 different moderators multiple times, and haven't heard back. I can still post in other sections, it seems to be that specific one.
I'd appreciate any input as to how to remedy the problem or why it's happened in the first place
