looks cool man, but I think it'd look best if you did the whole dash including gauges.

I have thought about doing the whole dash... but at the moment i didn't want to paint any vinyl, just plastic pieces. Next i want to do the instrument panel, all white, except for any buttons/switches

Would doing the same thing in carbon fiber paneling be hard I wonder (aka FD carbon fiber panels)?

I'm guessing they make a high strength/high temp lamenant?

I'll post a pic tonight of a 2 tone leather interior as well to give you a feel for doing the entire car.

I think carbon fibre interior panels would look kick ***! .. I know mazdaspeed is able to make these things , but not for '87's ??!!

i've looked into carbon fiber for my 86...but didn't find anything. bigmike how did you paint yours?
