ordered both rails and 4 injectors, thanks man. Can't wait to see them in person.

If you can remember, let me know when you complete the kit with all the fittings and lines. My build is on hold until I can get a single turbo kit so I got a little time on my hands.

Received my kit from FFE yesterday, and this is by far one of the most exceptional purchases I have ever made. And I'm not even speaking in reference to a car part. Just the purchase period.

I had talked to my builder on the 14th and realized that I only had one day left before the special pricing for rails and injectors expired so I decided I needed to act quickly. I sent an email to FFE asking someone to call me ASAP to place an order. 30 mins later I was contacted by Jason at FFE. I explained my situation to Jason, that I was in need of a set of rails for my 2 rotor Cosmo and wanted to take advantage of the special ID pricing as well. I told Jason what I would be running for my setup and he recommended running 4 ID 1000cc's at 60lbs base fuel pressure and moving to a new pump. I concluded that would be a sound idea as it has been done before with good results, not the exact same setup of course, but it provides the amount of fuel needed for my setup. I was presented with all the figures and added a couple of options to make my kit a "drop in" replacement as I would be moving away from running my T2 motor, but would retain my fuel lines and FPR, running parallel setup with -6 AN. I was quite pleased with the quote and placed my order. Jason told me it should arrive at my door in 3 days, I was very pleased to hear that as well. The next day I had received an email explaining they were waiting on a shipment of o-rings and that my order would not go out until Monday. Also asking if I still had vacuum nipples on my LIM as I would need different spacers if that was the case. I did, so I greatly appreciated the follow up on that note. Come Monday I received an email saying my order would ship Tuesday, came home yesterday to my package that was packed with the upmost care. Great experience.

I want to thank everyone at FFE for their great product, staff, communication and dedication to providing top notch unparalleled service to this community.

Will you guys give the option to piece together line kits without filter/fpr?

Thanks!

We haven't quite figured out the plumbing options 100%, but we will try to be flexible with fitment and applications.

I noticed when installing the secondary rail that I had to remove the lower bolt on my banzai block-off plate due to clearance.

Just a heads up for others. I had to find a low profile fastener to allow for clearance.

You're right, we recommend our aluminum block off plate which has a countersunk head.

For those with the GZ LIM capable of accepting 4 injectors what is the possibility of a 4 injector secondary rail?

Also do you anodize in red?

TIA,
Crispy

Crispy,
We have the GZ LIM rails at anodizing.
We stopped stocking red as it was too inconsistent. (sometimes maroon, others pink)

Looks good. I saw the pics on FB.

If I didn't want blue or black is it possible to get them with the natural finish? Either that or you guys need to get a new anodizer!

Also with the 4 port secondary rail would you offer dummy "legs" or "plugs" for the two inner ports if they aren't being used?

TIA
Crispy

We did switch anodizers to someone who can do consistent red however you get what you pay for and they do great work. So email us if you want a red one and we'll get a price for you.

We do have raw rails too.

No dummy plugs, if you only want two ports we can sell you a FD secondary rail.

The coil bracket is unfortunately on hold right now due to limited availability and large price increases of the coils we based it on. We're looking into a couple other options so we can move forward with the project.

Another culprit of the KG Parts rail debachale. Whats the return policy like on the primary fuel rail, and will it work with ANY top feed injector?

I just finally installed all my FFE parts:

FFE Secondary rail w/ ID2000s and machined/o-ring'd cups
FFE Primary rail w/ ID725s and machined/o-ring'd cups
FFE block off plates

Looks great, bolted up super easy ... I am real happy with my purchase. If anybody needs a little step-by-step of the install, take a look at the build thread in my signature.

Just to clarify something, the 725s are longer/taller than the 2000s, correct?

Todd

If the rail remains uninstalled (i.e. no marks) then we will return/refund no problem.
Generally yes but.. there are many injector types out there so it depends on which you have.
Drop us a PM with what you have and any additional questions you have, we'd be glad to help you out.
Thanks!

Yea ID725/1000 are 48mm while ID850/2000 are 34mm.

Great product gentlemen. Exceptional customer service for such a small shop.

I purchased their timing trigger and wheel and the fuel rails with injectors. Exceptional idle and drivability and my tuner loves the results.

If you order these with the IDC injectors make sure you get the injector clips/holder that goes into the block itself (not self explanatory via the website). I ordered the trigger and wheel from FFE and the injectors and rails from rx7store.net (shameless plug for that Jason also). Apparently if you order the kit from someone besides FFE it doesn't automatically come with these and the stock ones don't work in the secondaries. This is all just minor stuff and FFE went out of their way to help answer multiple questions from my tuner and I.

Very pleased with this product/service!!!
