I asked this question already in the general section but got hated on because of the v8

Picking the car up tonight. Previous owner couldn't tell me much about the car so I have no idea what spring rate is in the car now.
Looking to lower before I put some meaty tires on her.

I might as well ask this question here too...what is a fair price? Owner claims 400+_hp...Looks rust free but butt ugly red inside.
