ON what pump can be used for a 5.0?

Can I use the N/A pump(FC)?..or should I crack the tank and install something bigger?
I wanted to also use the stock fuel lines,Is that OK?(ya I know I need to figure routing out after the firewall/in the bay)

You are talking 5.0 as in SBF? You can use the stock hard lines to around 450 WHP, probably even a bit more than that. I would upgrade the NA fuel pump. What you upgrade it with depends on how much power you are going to make. I'm running a Walbro 255, and making 400 WHP, with no issue.

I'm just going to run the 5.0 the way it is and not overdo it like my other **** I had.
So,ya..the Pump will be upgraded to a 255 or so..Thank you very much LOF.

While we are on the Swappy stuff subject..what about a RAD???
Holy ****..I need to get the engine cooled!..lol
(I went yard hunting and got a brass rad today, but I may encounter hose routing issues..it seems "backwards"!)

Youll likely need to cut off the OE angled radiator mounts and mount the radiator vertically. From there I would measure and just get a good generic radiator from Summit for $200 or so. You'll just have to make some mounts for the top and bottom, and install an electric fan on the back.

Jags That Run have a radiator kit for around $500 that uses a c4 Corvette radiator.

I spent half the day just eying things up and made the conclusion that IF my Rad(I got at the Yard) was totally "backwards" it would work fine(if the in and out's were on the other side of each tank!)..lol..IF the round support was gone it will slide in with a half inch to spare..perfect fit..(big hammer,curse..chuckle!).
I'm not totally confident on the rad as I see Green on the fins half way up.

Meh..at least I got a good idea on what it will take though..lol!
