hmm im doing the exact swap right now, i started to take my motor out as of last night, main reason i joined this club for pointers etc..
how long did it take you to do this swap and did you run into any problems etc.. how did the tranny bolt up as according to the shifter location? was wiring an issue at all?

Sorry i don't have any sound clips. The sound kept distorting. It took me about a month to complete the swap mainly because i was waiting for parts the whole time. I honestly didn't have one single problem. I had a small oil leak which was coming from where the oil sending unit was mounted. It was loose so that was a quick fix.
The shifter location is maybe 3 inches to far forward so you have to cut the tunnel. The metal is so thin in that location, i was able just to use a hack saw. Then with a Tri-ax shift handle, it fit like a glove when i placed the stock plastics back on.
