other than the ls1... what other v8's drop into the rx-7 without modification to the engine bay, excluding the conversion kit that is necessary to drop it in. thanks.

ls1s require modifications too, there are no direct drop ins

 

LS1 doesn't require any engine bay mods. You pull the stock Kmember, reinstall the modified unit, and drop in the LS1.

Actually most of them don't require any mods aside from some small sheetmetal removal in the FC for the radiator to sit upright.
