The motor set-up is AMAZING but the paintjob... Holy goodness...!!! I can't even think of an excuse to come up with that color sceme let alone design. Unless someone gave you the car for free that way, but it goes back to wtf were "they" smoking...??? Wow, it must be priceless to smoke domestic guys in a car that ugly...!

Paint it the standard FB brown or beige (or even silver), hide the carburator without an ugly chevy hood scoop, put standard FB or good looking aftermarket wheels on it and figure out how to hook it up and you'll have one heck of a sleeper to make all of the ricers look bad.

The engine is almost behind the strut towers... besides, you ditch the mazda axle for a ford 8" (or 9") theres your 50/50 balance 
One thing thats kind of killing me is that he lost to a 430 whp 3900 lbs Mustang. Uhh....
Just *WHAT* camshaft are you using in that damn thing? Are you using the 210° stage one thing in there... with 4.55 gears? Oy vey. Youre geared way too short and you really need to pull the cork out of that engine and put some power down.
And get your head ported and get the carb tuned so youre not running too rich! Honestly, you should not have been blown away like that!!!
