I think your best bet would be like Turbo 3 says about kinda rebuilding it. As for heads I would say if you could afford it AFR heads or Patroit they are kinda the bees knees. 2.02/1.60 vavle sizing with 1.6 roller rocker arms and a .600 lift springs on them
