Thinking about buying

What is a RX-7 with an LS7 realistically worth?

Clean? 30k+, if you get some regularly put together FD with a LS7 maybe 20-25k. It's the install kit that is worth a lot, the rear end used, the engine and transmission that will make the car, the paint job, etc. Anyone can install an engine but to do everything right you will have to pay a good chunk of change.

What does a shell cost in your neck of the woods?
How much for a mounting kit shipped to your location?
How much more for an LS7 to be procured?

Around, I think the pricing would be as such:
3k-5k shell
2.5k mounting kit
10k LS7
4k misc. (headers, clutch, wiring, accessories)

Looks to be 19.5-21.5k

weird... didn't actually finish my post.. but anyway

I wanted to add that 20k probably wouldn't be enough.
Oh, and you'd still need a transmission.... 1.5k - 2.5k (depends on choice)

So I guess that puts the rough total at 22k-25k
but because I'm stupid, I forgot about the radiator... another 1.5k
don't forget about labor too

let's just make it a cool 24k-27k in parts alone.
factor in labor and let's figure that out

*caveat: end of the day... excuse the brain farts*
