Rx-7.5L?

can a 460 ford motor fit in an fb? i may be able to get a complete running engine out of a '73 lincoln contenintal markIV for about $400

That sucker will weigh in at 750lbs+. Anything can fit with enuf work. There was a 427 Chevy stuffed into an FB already... so theoretically this could also.

I think there was an orange FB that was tubbed with 460 Ford in it.

Plan on it being a drag only car.

One of the fastest V8 RX-7's is an FB with stroker 351W block running low 8's on a big healthy shot of nitrous. It carries the front tires for a few hundred feet and is a tubular front end with struts and rack and pinion conversion.

yes big blocks fit, in fcs anyway, with a little work. by little i mean with the help of a sawzall.
