New idea, many questions...

I am tired of dealing with the issues that come along with a rotory engine but can't bear to part with my car, my idea is to swap the 13B with a V-6 or V-8 (I have a 350 small block). Which would be the more ideal choice? I know the V-8 will give more power but the V-6 is lighter. I also need to know what I would need to do the swap...extra parts, fabrication, etc. And how difficult it would be to pull off something like that? Any help is greatly appreciated. The car is in my name with title in hand and I can't justify getting a new car...and I love my baby but I need it to be more reliable....

V8 would well make up the difference in weight. Putting a V6 in there is useless unless you swap a turbo V6 in there. The 350 is an easy swap and parts are cheap.
