My Twin setup
Were you drinking when you decided to place two extremely hot turbos inch(es) away from the radiator!?! Not to mention the up/downpipes. Your rubber belts and plastic radiator fan will be awfully close to all of that heat as well. Insane project.
Uh Oops! Is this a Strip Car?
I agree with too much work, not enuf practicality or planning.
The amount of heat from the turbos may interfere with your
overall engine temp. And will almost guarantee premie belt
failure.
I think there are other mods more reasonable to get the same
output. Have you lowered your compression/or changed your internals to compensate for the boost?
My suggs: Elec Water pump (remote)
Upgrade Water hoses to braided.
Lose the hose Clamps
Run a dual Fan setup if you can
(one puller, one pusher ... somewhere in there)
You may want to look into insulating all your lines in the bay. Powersteering,
Fuel, and all electrical.
Maybe you have it all planned out, and have the know-how to make it work. In which case, excuse me for putting Salt on your Tail!
However, you are creating a monster. And like all Monsters - we can't control them. All we can do is nudge them to do what we want.

From what I can tell You have a Stock LS1?
I have one in the drive way on stands. The wife has
a lead foot and spun a bearing @ 68k miles.
For what you're planning ... hope you will be upgrading
your internals! I.E. Springs, Rockers, pistons, ..hell the whole thing!
Including those Stock Manifolds. Headers with a good wrap
should help it breathe and yet keep bay temp lower.
And I know LS1 pistons are flat tops, but with that kinda boost
have you looked into a ceramic coating?

Has anyone done a remote mount setup? I saw this covette at MTI that was pushing a tad over 700 WHP with a remote mounte setup. I dont know how fast they spooled, but from the sound, it looked like they spooled up really fast. The owner told me they were t3/t4, but did not comment on what size of anything.
On my build I am expecting the same problem. They say to lower your 1st/2nd gears will help get you going (not to mention turbo lag). Or switch to the Viper tremec. For stronger alloys in the gears. The RX7 rearend is geared pretty high.

so far so good! I hate to say it but you should have done the V8 instead of the 3rotor would have been done along time ago with no worries! Plus im not a huge fan of gotham anymore but hey.
good swap man, i'm doing something similiar too (forged ls1 FC, T76, etc)
I hope you're planning on keping that boost for a while or upgrading your internals.. because those internals (mostly the pistons) dont like anymore than 500-600rwhp.
DId you use HPtuners?
