so cute. You remind me of the honda highway ricers I used to race on my way to work every morning...after I was done hurting them...theyd start from 30 cars back(where I left them) and they'd ricer flyby me...youll do that and get oil all over my new front end.

And also remember, this isn't my first fast car. Ive owned a **** load of them. My Trans am went bottom 10's and I chose to replace that car with this one KNOWING that its going to go much faster. More HP and MUCH lighter. Its almost as if you think im new to this whole "speed" thing.

I'm amazed how everybody get all worked up just because somebody did a motor swap, this may be a rx7 forum but it does'nt mean it is not open to different things.
There is nothing wrong with doing motorswaps you have to remember that in the end it boils down to one thing which is the passion for motorsports.
You don't see people that race proffesionally saying my car is better than your because it is a ford or a chevy or a mazda etc...
In the end it all boils down to the "LOVE OF CARS"
Peace
PS...Nice swap..

Granted, this wasn't caused by the same issue brought up but it still isn't a good sight.

Beautiful swap. I do agree with some of the comments made on the previous page - definitely look to re-route that fuel line. Just too much risk in keeping it the way it is...

can't remember what happened. I'm leaning towards a fuel leak that was ignited by a HOT brake rotor(read this article a year or so ago). The article is down so I can't quote but from what I remember these guys went on a spirited club meet, stopped for a while and BAM!
What REALLY happened that day:
I think he was talking about a V8 swap and that thing came out of the Pacific Ocean.
