lt1 traction question
I recently picked up a lt1 swapped fc and I have not been to the track yet but from the just driving around on the streets I can see thet traction will be a real factor in my times. Before this I had a talon tsi so I have never had to deal with getting power to the ground. I was just wondering if anybody had any tips on what I could do to improve traction. O it is a sport model so it already has lsd. Thanks

it's all about power management! LOL
man i know exactly what your talking about... i'll try and post the latest vid from me at the track but i'm leaving the light in second gear (1st doesn't move the car at all) and just holding a steady burnout @ 1/4 throttle till middle of 3rd running 13.1's with 2.5 60ft's wtf @ 110 mph
when i give it more gas she just starts wheel hopping and then i run 13.3's @ 108 with around the same 60ft's i haven't even sprayed nitrous yet, obviously it will do me no good until i get some DR's.
pretty much, don't waste your time with street tires hahahaha
