I really don't care about the quarter mile times these cars will do. I can most likely get a used 01 and up LS-1 and T 56 for around $3,000, and for about the same I know I can pump over 400hp from a 13B. However I need the torque and the drivability and I don't care what people say there is nothing can beat a NA V-8. Give me **** if you want but I am into drifting and no matter what 13B won't come on until after 4,000 rpm and hard to control when full boost comes on. I know the over all result will not weigh that much more then 13B set up and after all LS1 can be smog legal. I am not worry about accessories like radiator or wiring that much at this point, what I am concerned is actually mounting the motor/trans. in and technical info regarding to that. It looks like it is very straight forward but I am sure there are pain in the *** little things I would not know until I do it myself, just like to know those thins in advance if possible. I know Hinson has a motor mount kit, but it looks like I can easily fab my own. What do you guys think?

Personally having seen Mazdized "Todd" drive
once he does get this v8 FC done he is going to do some serious damage on the drift circut next year, he will show you rotards a thing or two about why predictable and reliable HP is soooooo important in drifting,
Myself never having driven and FD before, it's going to be interesting how I do in one with a 500+hp PISTON!!! engine in it!! hehehe
