Help me wrap by brain around this electrical issue FD LS1

I am finishing a 93 RX-7 LS swap for a friend. He had it running and it died on the way home the car sat for about 3 years and now I am fixing it for him.

He had it running with the fuel pump hot wired to the battery. He had the signal wire from the fuel pump relay that was added into the modified LS1 harness connected directly to +12, that wire was supposed to go to the input of the fuel pump. So I am not surprised it quit working but am slightly surprised it actually ran haha.

So any way I finished all of the connections from the LS harness to the RX-7. Used Grannys instructions. So I finally hook power to the car and I only have B+ power in the car. I am not getting switched power. I have swapped out the ignition relay with a known good one and checked all the fuses. I have positive 12 at the relay. I even swapped out the CPU2 with a good one. I cleaned and made sure all grounds were connected.

Interior lights work
Door chimer works
radio will power up

When i turn the key to run the door chimer shuts up. The light next to the key turns off.
but nothing works: Windows, Head lights, Head light popper button, sun roof, cant see the odometer but it back lights. I do get a flashing airbag light.

The Mazda fuel relays have been removed and is running on its own relay. I can get the head lights to go up and down if I power them manually at the motors. I can get the horn to honk with power at the horn, ect. The Starter cut relay has been jumped.

Ok so that is where I am at. Any suggestions?

Figured it out. Here is the answer if anyone cares or needs it in the future

So the small fuse box that would normally mount to the battery... Well There is a blue wire that goes in the last fuse (40A) that goes to the ignition and supplies a 12+ Well I didnt have 12+ when i checked it this afternoon. So I was looking at the fuse box and I had the battery wire bolted to one side of the 40amp fuse but not to the other. Well the side that the blue wire that goes to the ignition is on needs that bolt in there to the 120 amp fuse!! So I figured it out. Everything works now.
