First gen 350 conv with CP rack?

Im wondering if anyones put a chevy 350 in a first generation RX-7 with the CP racing steering rack already in place? Im just starting to install the engine and it seems additional notching of the pan will be needed. Hopefully thats all that will need to be done. If anyones done this please let me know what modifications needed to be done,Thanks in advance.

Well if anyone else wants to do this heres what to do. Before installing the oil pan onto the engine you will have to notch it back a additional 1 inch and possibly modify the oil pickup depending on your engine. You will have to remove the rack to get the engine in. Once the engines in place you will have to hold the rack in position and mark where the starter hits it. Remove the rack again and dent the pipe where the starter contacts it. Thats basically it..not going into a huge write up as it seems no ones done this but me.
