Well guys it was my first time on a 1/4 miles track, mods are in my sig. First run I ran 16.3 but by my last I brought it down. Heres my timeslip:

I was on some heavy 17's with crappy knockoff street tires and spun myself silly whenever I tried to get a good launch. Before I go back Im installing the lsd, getting the safc tuned on a dyno (its just rough tuned now) and getting some decent tires for my vert wheels. Hopefuly with all that and an improved driver I can hit 14's.

 

well i tuned my frinds 2nd gen 91 with the same mods but stck ports and he ran 14.7 no tractiion something wrong there whats up

 

Well first of all it hasnt been tuned yet. I just pulled fuel out in the areas where I was backfiring excessively, never even looked at afr's. Im also going to have to say most of it is driver error. My response time is ****, I can't launch w/o either spinning the first 100ft or bogging, and I am told I need to work on shifting faster. I have no doubt I will get better.
I want to improve my driving skillsw/ this before I put in one of the other motors I have sitting down.
