FL FC with 13B-RE & BNR Stage 3

My set-up; 91 FC, 13B-RE stock motor, BNR stage 3 (with up-graded waste-gate actuator), 3" exhaust, 550cc pri., 750cc sec., Haltech E6X (base map from Claudio), Mallory FPR, Greddy BOV, FMIC w/ 2.5" piping, 12.5 flywheel, ACT 6 puck un-sprung, and Goodyear 235/60 15 drag radials. AFR's stay at 11.2 at 15lbs of boost, I was shifting at 8500.

The pass was a 12.64 @110 with a pretty bad launch, I think it was a 1.98 60', but I have gone 1.74 60'. Enjoy.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRsKPKcrAeE

I have no idea, I have messed with it and messed with it...it still wont idle. I've never taken it to a tuner b/c it runs really good, but I'm sure it could be tuned to make some more power. Know anyone in the north Florida area?

flywheel has nothing to do with idle quality.

i'm in mobile,al. it's 400 miles, but would be willing to get your idle perfect, AND tune it for a good price. i would say about a week turn around time w/ street tuning. unless you wanted to take it to a dyno..theres one in mobile but they charge an arm and a leg. My new shop won't be completed until feb of next year. but we'll have a dynojet by then. personally, street tuning just takes longer(more gas).

I think I'm about to go a different set-up, so the car is actually going to be parted out.

No REW street-port w/ J.W. intake and 4 barrel TB w/ 8 injectors, and a Borg Warner S372...I'm going for over 600hp. So right now everything is for sale, I'm going to try to post in the parts section next week everything that's gonna go.

it appears to be surging at idle due to a lean mixture

its a lean mixture at a certain rpm band with a rich mixture at a lower and higher rpm band directly adjacent to it.

happened to me and i made all injection ms's the same at all the rpm points till 1500 rpms, and it fixed my problem which was doing exactly at. now the car idles at 13:1 air/fuel ratio just fine. i wont go any leaner.

get your tuning right, and SHIFT AT 7000 RPM! you want to get through the gears as fast as possible. you will accellerate faster at 5-6k rpm than 7-8000, with the engine screaming it just sounds like your goin fast
I hit 8000 in first no matter what, it revs to fast but the other gears I try shift at 7000ish
launches are a bit tricky, I have to get it above 3500 off the line or it bogs like that, I usually try to rev it to 5000 and hold it at that throttle position when i let the clutch out, wait for the tires to grip and and i feel the rpms about to drop then put it to the floor

I was running consistant 12.1's last year on stock ports with a s5 hybrid turbo and s5 tii block.
I got a few 11.8@119 this year with med streetport. I was only goin at night at the end of the season, so I would do a decent pass, then the dew would come out and i'd be all over the place off the line

Yea I really need to get it tuned, but once it get's tuned, not sure what I'm going to do. Thinking about selling it to get back into my Camaro that runs 10.0's.
