That last one was nasty. I had to back of 3 times so the clutch would grab.

The whole night I was battling with a slipping clutch on top of the fact I don't have enough tire. But still was able to pull off a 12.75 @ 113 by lazy shifting.

12.75 @ 113 is great time for street tires. you felt the differance in the rubber on my tires ,its alot better when you just grab and go instead of waisting time spinning.i bet you spend atleast a second spinning. my car spins in first 2nd hooks up and im gone. 2nd on the street im sideways

just go twin disk , you wont regret it. when i have normal tires it starts off in first smooth as can be. but the other shifts are pure sex.

Aaron, under your hood is 9.4:1 CR?
What's the max boost setting?

That night, 1st and 2nd gear were all spin. But, my best two runs were after a little tire heating and I certainly felt much better grip off the line. If I'm serious about getting some decent times I'll have to see about getting a set of drag tires but no point until I deal with the clutch.

I may just go back to a puck style clutch. My last one was easy to drive and gripped fine.

It is a full S4 NA block and rotors, though bridgeported, with 3 window bearings and a TII oil pump...oh, and the Weber oil jet mod and a shimmed oil pressure regulator. Yes, 9.4:1 S4 NA rotors. Day to day boost is 14 PSI on the GT4088R. The car is tuned to 16 PSI but there's little point since the tires just spin...

'91 octane from Canadian Tire (I have an Options MasterCard that gives me major bonus points when I buy fuel from Canadian Tire... )

The exhaust and intake manifolds are my own design.
