^ You bet wrong, drove it all weekend. Actually I went back to 93 for the winter as I don't drive it as much and it stores a bit better (doesn't absorb water)
I love the ignorance though, it is entertaining.

If you can tune petrol, you can tune e85. e85 is less consistent due to seasonal blends, so the tune may change a bit.
The hard part is tuning dual maps. I use e6x which I have setup as different fuel tables and ignition tables between petrol and e85, however the correction tables are used the same for both. You mess with the correction tables and its going to change both maps.

I am just curious, since you strted this have you been through more than one NA engine? I saw an older post that said you're coolant seals went bad. Also you're for sale add says compression is starting to show its age. I only ask because I may be interested in turboing my s5 NA.

The motor is an s5, which to my knowledge are 2 piece seals. I did try a s4 motor with 3 piece seals before this current s5 motor and it chipped a seal pretty quickly.
I have had 3 motors in this car while owning it. First motor was a 4 port did about 60k miles but on an unfortunate afternoon my rad fan broke and it overheated after that it lasted a few months before the coolant seals were to bad and I took the motor out. I went to a 6 port s4, it lasted about 6 months it broke while using the 2 step, chipped seal (bought long block for 135) I then went to the current s5 na motor (bought short block for 120). It was showing its age the day I got it, had moderate results in the compression test. This hasn't changed since I have been using it. I am confident that if I started with a fresh rebuild the motor could easily survive an insane amount of mileage. I am starting with a old used motor with unknown mileage and it is working great as it is.

No I am planning to run 93 until it warms up again, I will go back to e85 in March or April. My dual maps do change the boost so on 93 I run 14 psi with a big dip in timing. I would run less but that is what my wastegate spring is.

Are there any tuning guidelines that you'd recommend for tuning High-comp turbo? I'm debating going to 9.7:1 rotors next time I crack open my motor. The motor runs 93 pump-gas with water injection.

Well it depends on the fuel, of course a bit of timing needs to be knocked away. There are a few timing maps for 9.7 rotors floating around I think, or I can provide mine

sorry that i didnt asked the questions earlier , but here they go
what did you do for oil pressure ?did you mod the oil regulator?
where did you get the feed of oil from? the oil predestal?
what did do to the lower intake manifold?any pics?
what you did for the oil return? tap the front cover or mod the oil pan?

Exhaust Manifold Leak
S5 TII I disassembled last week had 3 piece seals.. owner probaly had a bad tank of fuel on a hot day, dunno one rotor had the tips detonated away, seal was only about half the length. plugs were also gone.. the remainings of the apex seals took the 2 rotor housings :/ altough suprisingly the turbine survived =)
Too bad E85 is not affordable in here

Gold Wheels FTW
It wont be affordable in the states much longer. At the end of the year, the government subsidies runs out. Currently the US government subsidizes about 6 billion dollars a year to offset the cost of E85. You can actually get E85 cheaper than gasoline here, but you won't get near the mileage out of it.
