255hp and 208lbs of tq @7psi

Running twin t25's @7psi with just an rtek1.7 and an safc2 for tuning. T2 block with street ported irons(resurfaced and hardened) and race ported exh. I'm running 550cc and 720cc inj. and a 255lph pump.

Not selling them at this point. I guess I could if there's a demand. Certainly wouldn't be any time soon though, sorry. Here's a couple pics. I could however sell you all the flanges if you have someone to build it. It's actually quite easy to make, except the dp's that is.

Well, its not a totally stock EMS. Still impressive, though.

Probably gonna go with the rtek2.0 next. I want to get familiar with as many different set ups as I can. After that I'll probably go full standalone. Hard to say though. Plans have a way of changing in a hurry.

thank you for the pics... you are right, that is alot more simple than i expected. i thought you maybe had both runners coming together then splitting off. how is your spool up and when do you make peak tq?

those are untouched T25's? or have they been modded at all... sorry for the questions. i was thinking of running twin's but with two TII turbos that have been modded. i appreciate your info

I get full boost at about 3k. Here's the dyno graph.

Nice numbers.
You almost made the same numbers as my small T5/T6 hybrid with half the boost pressure.

The graph is nice and smooth, but it looks like it tails off on the top end.
You know what the turbine A/R's are on those T25's?
It looks fairly small - 0.8x or smaller?

that looks like a really nice torque curve. Becarful turnign the boost up too much more. The injector combo that you have start struggling after like 275-280 to the wheels. If I remember correctly someone has pully 300rwhp out of that combo but that was realllly stretching it, not much of a buffer zone.

I'll check tonight, but I think the a/r is .8. Don't quote me on that though, it's 5am. I was suprised to see it tail off up top as well, I beleive its timing. I played with the timing a little on the dyno and had to do three runs just to get it back where it was originally.

I'm sure your right about the inj. I'll be moving the 720's to the primary spots and putting in some 1000 or 1200cc's in the sec. come spring time provided I have the rtek2.0 or a standalone. I'm hoping for 350 @ 12psi. No way to be sure til I do it though. The cars no where near ready to handle the power right now. I want to be completely ready when I go back to the dyno. Clutch, tires, tranny, ecu, etc... Too many weak links to turn it up now.

That's the lim that I welded and port matched to the 6port. I lost a primary inj. after only 4 days and before I knew what hit me boost came on along with the secondary inj. I'm sure you know what happened next.POP! So the new eng. is a low comp. that I built about a month ago.

The 6port hi comp died. It's all t2(aside from the mods) Low comp rotors, street ported intakes and my own race port exhausts.

sounds very similar to the one i'm finishing up for my TII. S4 block, cryo'd, etc... large streetport intakes, race port exhaust. FUG YEA!

i hope you aren't angry, but i already started on my version of your twin setup. i finally have faith in it now after seeing yours. so, thank you very much for inspiration i'm using turbos a little larger tho.

keep us updated tho when you turn up the wick WOOHOO!

Bad-*** setup... Seriously. Custom twin turbo using basically the stock ECU? 255whp at 7psi?

I want it.

I'm flattered that your doing a similar set up. I wish I could have got the 6port eng. on the dyno, it pulled a lot harder believe it or not. BTW, Mount your turbo's a little higher or you'll end up having to notch the frame for the oil return lines. Not really a big deal, just one extra headache that's easily avoided.

yea i'm gonna set my turbos pretty high, well atleast the one closest to the firewall. i'm using upgraded 2.3l ford turbos

i'm sure the 6port did pull harder but you'll be able to crank the hell out it on this setup! WOOWOOOOO!
