14.7 with massive wheel hops

Went to track on Saturday and ran a 14.7 on a stock internal (as far as I know) turbo engine, stock turbo (boost to 10 psi), x4 720, safc2, rtek 1.7

Every launched (unless slipping the clutch) would induce massive wheel hop lol
Shifts from 1-2 wheel hop and tire spin, 2-3 tire spin little wheel hop on a cool 30f weather.

After 4 runs, my fastest times was 14.7 secs 99mph 1/4, 9.xx 1/8 mile, 2.2 secs 60' time.
On the last run my clutch failed off the launch and had to tow the car back lol.

Will post the timeslip later since its in the car, and the car is in my friends garage right now. But I am hoping after fixing the wheel hop (from broken rear diff mount) and getting better tires (ran fuzion zri 215/17/45) I will get way faster times.

I don't know why I didn't realize that my broken diff mount was probably causing wheel hop when I went to the track, but now that you mention it, it is very obvious.

The track definitely put a hurting on my clutch as well, I'm just happy mine didn't fail since I had to drive it 2 hours home.

broken rear diff mounts will do it. other things would contribute to wheel hop, like tires/rims, suspension and things, but on mines, the rear diff mount is literally apart lol.

I ran at Atco, its about 30-45mins drive. Called a Philly tow truck to tow back, only cost $150.
Forgot to mention I am also running the RB REV TII exhaust system. Himni Solid engine and Trans mount, and its a Rtek 1.8 with mop delete not 1.7

Buy a pinion snubber. Best $7 I've ever spent. I replaced all the bushings on my car and still had wheel hop. Pinion snubber eliminated it 100%
