Dyno'ed my single turbo today.

Made 460rwhp/353rwtq on a dynojet today @ 20psi. Car didn't seem to hold 20psi to redline though, bled off to about 17-18.

Wish I would of broke 500! Hah.

Thanks guys, hopefully I can either figure out this boost problem, or just upgrade to a different turbo sometime soon.

Awesome. How high are you injector duties at that boost level with you current setup? Also, who tuned it or did you tune it yourself?

I could tell you if I would have remembered to bring my laptop so I could log some stuff hah. And rx7store tuned it, but I think I'm gonna give tuning a try myself, I really want to learn.

It's a 63mm turbo, but gotham racing wont tell me what the a/r is so I don't really know.

20psi by about 3800-4000rpms, not too bad.

Good number. If boost is falling off up top then you are losing some HP. We figured you were closer to 480HP based off our Mustang dyno numbers, but that was holding 20 lbs.

Any update? Did you get your problems sorted out?

Also, what is spool time like at 15ish psi? I remember helping to get the first kits together at the shop but unfortunately never got to drive a car with the GR63 installed.

I'm considering running this with the dual BB option, looking for 450 rwhp on pump gas/water inj and good responsive spool from 3500 and up.

Yeah, that is what ccarlisi keeps telling me.

I dunno man, if I convert these BNRs to sequential, that is a powerband that is hard to beat......400-425 rwhp with full boost near 3k rpms?

yes, that would be sick...IMO, these cars need to be either BB single or seq.

I would get full boost (20psi) around 4500-5000rpms.. and then the motor let go at about 5000 miles. Go figure!
