373rwhp with 309 tq at 15psi. Large street port. Bnr sequential twins. Meth injection. Full exhaust yada yada
I think the numbers are decent. I think the benefit of the bnrs are best seen when u run more boost. That's my take at least. I will be getting a 3bar map sensor at some point. |

At 8.5 7000 rpm she pulled 308 12.5ish around 330. kind of reluctant to post this up because pretty sure there is another 50-100 whp in it given the numbers, but this place is dead and needs a kick
Bought an Rx8 with an REW conversion that the previous owner built and tuned, but it had a few hiccups that needed to be straightened out that ran me in circles for 2 months before getting them figured out and squared away. Which was only on the dyno to dial in closed loop boost software settings due to the car not being street registered and this was way into making 16 total runs with the IAT getting up there. Was also running about 5 psi higher boost than the previous owner so it’s possible that the the tuning/WI was overly conservative and holding the output back. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx8...cd927657ee.jpg . https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx8...693c04daee.jpg . Which is probably just as well because it’s just a pieced together junk yard 13B REW that he BP’d with BW S369SX-E 1.00 T4 that’s neither dowelled nor studded, E45 flex fuel, Adaptronic Select ecu piggybacked onto the RX8 factory ecu, Excessive LIM, RX8 70mm DBW TB on a Greddy intake elbow, IGN-1A, AEM WI, external fuel sump fed by a factory in-tank fuel pump with a Bosch 044 and AEM 400 external pri/sec fuel pumps, 7300cc of ID/Bosch injectors, etc. Fd/RX8 5-spd, Spec 7.25” twin disc, 4.444 R&P, MT ET Street SS dot treaded 255/50-16 rear tires on FD factory rear wheels, full 3.5” exhaust, Koyo radiator, FAL420 fans. Went easy on the first two or three pulls at 25psi and then the rest at 29-30 psi peak boost without issue though. It will only hit low 20s in 1st before running out of load/rpm, but the MT tires will put it down well and this was intentionally set up for torque to come on after 5000 rpm to try and preserve the OE transmission. Dyno loading is a bit low for 4th at 12.5 mph/sec compared to the road; pulls between 8-10 mph/sec in 4th and about 12 mph/sec in 3rd with aero loading. Hoping to get it over to the strip some day soon for a few pulls before doing some major modifications taking it a different direction. . |
