A long time ago I talked with Manny about the H&R springs. I know this is a old thread but wanted to confirm that after installing my H&R spring on my 94 base model this past Sunday. I had a 7/8" drop on both right/left front and 1.5" on both rears. Looks great! The best part is the ride. I look forward to May 1st to try them on a track.

Glad you're happy with the H&Rs. I'm very happy with mine, and have no intentions of upgrading!

I don't mean to bring back an old thread, but I'd rather search and continue information deposits instead of make a new thread. I'm looking at H&R springs and I'm tyring to figure out what is what on the RX-7 Store and the Tire Rack. I'm about to order new tires- 245/45 R-16's all around. I was thinking about going with the H&R for their progressive rate springs. I know the Tire Rack shows that there are a Sport and Race version of the spring. I'm assuming the Race version is the progressive one (red in the picture). The description on the RX-7 store isn't anything that specifies which type the springs are, but they look like the sport springs from the Tire Rack. Anyone know who's got what? Thanks.

H&R only provides the "Sport" version of their progressive rate springs for the Mazda FD3S Rx7.

Would the H&R pair up with Tokico Illuminas pretty well?
