Coil over rates and Tokiko blues

Right now I have the RB springs front (140#) and rear (110#) with Tokiko non-adjustable HPs on my '81 GSL (mostly autox, occasional track day, almost no street), but want to step things up a notch with camber plates, which means I will need to move to the 2.5" race springs to find room for any real alignment change. But, I don't want to take a hit on new shocks just yet (cheap sob that I am), so wondering what would be a sane spring rate to use with the Tokiko HPs I now have (HZ1086 - the non-adjustable "blues" that have the right fitment for GC camber plates). I am thinking somewhere in the range of 200# front and 150# rear. Would this overwhelm the shocks? Could I go a bit higher? Any views, and especially any direct experience, greatly appreciated. Thanks.
