Ok so in terms of comparing these coilovers the nicest things you'll find about the Zeals is their ability to completely service and custom valve dampers here in the states. While most companies only do full cartridge replacements, often resulting in extended lead times, endless stocks and can replace the internally damaged parts in a much quicker time. In other words, less down time.

Basic tid bits of information: Zeals are all monotube helping to reduce viscocity/internally while also allowing for short stroke, free floating piston to separate gas and oil, reducing chances of cavitation. They are quiet in comparison to the other brands we've tested. I believe this to be largely due to their rigid bushing uppermounts as well as the busing materials in the lower brackets for the FD.

The one thing i love about them the most, aside from the build quality and durability, is the adjusting dial and feel of it. While all other coilovers have a clicking sensation which sometimes doesn't feel solid, or becomes a faint half click, the zeals have a different mechanism itilizing a ball bearing in the dial to give smooth, accurate, and awesome feeling detents. They are not clicks, it's so hard to explain. Oh, also you can see the number you are on thru a window in the "PVS" dial. So so cool. No need to count clicks anymore and lose track of the number.

Disregard the platic film covering the ****. Mmm, they even do that. It's like buying a new cell phone and peeling the film off the screen for hte first time. hahahaha.

So in any case they are a little bit more expensive but I hope this information helps to justify the added expense of them.

Your other options are:

Buddy Club
Stance
Cusco

for monotube dampers. All of which can be seen on our website here:

Some will provide better support than others, with Zeal being your best. I know because I have them on all our cars and customer's cars and we have had nothing but good experiences with them servicing our rebuild needs in a very quick fashion.

We're running a special on the Zeals til the end of this month. Let me know if you're interested and i'll get you a set coming.

The function B,S, and V series are discontinued. Please disregard them. The Xs and X are the current ones.

the Xs is 6 way adjustable with the window dial, and the X is 30 way adjustable with just a ****, no window dial. That's a lot of numbers to print on there.

Peace, Rishie

Cars I own with Zeals:

Scion xA
FC3S
Miata NA6
RX8
