There seem to be twin tube where as the RE's are mono tube unless someone tells me otherwise. These could just be Quantum's that fit FD...

I'll let you know

Once I get them on my car and get an autocross or two done, I'll post up my regards. If they make my car ride like complete ****, then I will just sell them and try something else. Right now I run koni/ground control with 650f/375r so they are going to be quite different.

My car is driven on the street but is focused for autocross/road course fun. However, I don't drive it a whole lot (25K in 7 years) so if the ride is even somewhat reasonable, then I'll probably keep them on the car.

p.s. I didn't even see this thread until today, just thought I'd let y'all know a fellow rx7club member did get them

I've got them in hand and they are really nice. Unfortunately it may be a month or so before I get them on and try them out. I've got the suspension all apart while I install jimlab bushings, rear wheel bearings, and new pillow *****. I also had all of the calipers rebuilt and the motor has 250 miles of break-in left before I retune. I'm going to be working ~60hrs/week for the next few months, so finding time to put the car back together will be tough. Once I actually get to try them out, I'll post what I think of them.

The story I was given, is they were taken off of a CWest time attack car at Motorex (seller said he was an employee of Motorex). He was not an FD owner. He also didn't realize that they were double adjustable.

I looked through an old Hyper Rev that I had, and I found pictures of the RE Amemiya JGTC GT300 car with identical resevoir equiped Quantums. The only difference are that mine are not equiped with pillow ball upper mounts and came with Swift springs.

Right now I am looking for any information that I can find. I haven't had much luck yet, I have sent an email to Quantum and have not heard anything back. If anyone reading this knows where I can find some detail info about this particular model of Quantums, I would really appreciate it!
