Would 18x10.5 +45mm fit REAR FENDER?
I run a 18x10 +43 with a 285 and I rub in the rear on hard corners. My rear is not rolled at all...
If you're running a 265 tire on a +45 you would probably be about the same, but you should definitely roll your rear fenders if you plan to lower the car a lot

i run 18 X10.5 rears w a 30MM offset. Enkei NT03+M
running at a 25 inch ride height i needed 5/8 of an inch additional space plus maybe an additional 1/4 wiggle room. my fenders were rolled.
you are inboard of me 15 MM or .59 of an inch. i was running 285/35 and you have .39 inch less tire section on each side.
you might just make it w 265s.
i elected to add shine auto's Burnout fender flares... i plan to run a touch larger tire next year. for a picture see my thread in the Shine vendor section.
whatever you decide, i suggest you don't compromise the 25 inch ride height if you care about track performance.
good luck,
