Will this wheel/tire combo fit??

Does anyone know if this wheel and tire combo will fit a stock S4? The wheels are 17" x 7" with a +42mm offset and the tires are 215/45/17. Any info would be appreciated.

they should fit...the stock offset is a +40 IIRC...
