will they fit or not?

im thinking about trading my stock 3rd gen wheels for a set of 17in konigs. they are on an eclipse now. question is, will they fit on my car and will mine fit on his? i think they lug pattern is the same, but does front wheel drive and rear wheel drive make a differnce in the off setting?
thx, brad

Hell no don't do it. That's devaluing your car and plus they're thinner than your stocks most likely. They will fit, but I'm telling you they won't just because it's a step in the wrong direction.

Your car will handle worse due to added unsprung weight as well.

There's a reason why certain things are cheap and the FD is definitely not in that category. If you had a first gen I'd say maybe. hehe.
